My Name is Paul Zarou. I have over 12 years of Information Risk Management experience in the Financial Services industry in a variety of Regional and Global roles. I have demonstrated consistent career advancement, proven leadership and communication skills in dynamic environments while managing a wide range of assignments simultaneously.
I have lead numerous Control Improvement initiatives spanning from Architecture design through Implementation across Application and IT Infrastructure including: Governance Risk and Control (GRC) Platform Implementation, IT Security Policy Development and Implementation, Role Based Identity Management Platform Implementation, and Change Control Management ensuring that the cost of control processes did not exceed a reasonable risk/reward formula.
I am an active participant in Audit Resolution Steering Committee meetings from two perspectives: Governance and IT Infrastructure. IT Infrastructure liaison with regulators, Internal and External Audit.
